GSI's Business Continuity Plan

Updated: Mar 24, 2020

Dear valued clients, partners and friends of GSI,

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to develop, GSI is closely monitoring developments and stand ready to support those within our community. Our priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and to support our clients, partners and, as appropriate, the wider public during these highly challenging circumstances.

We triggered GSI’s Business Continuity Plan earlier this week as a result of recent events and on the advice given by both the Scottish and UK Governments. Our well-planned approach is designed to minimise disruption by continuing, as far as possible, to achieve a goal of business as usual to support our clients with our products and services.

Following specific UK government guidelines on social distancing, our team have been working remotely this week and will continue to do so until we are advised to do otherwise. Our remote working policy is designed to guarantee that all lines of communication remain open and operations continue to run with minimum impact. As a result, all our face-to-face meetings and attendance at events have been postponed. We will instead host remote meetings through channels such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom and Go to Meeting.

Our commitment to our customers and staff safety remains our top priority and we will continue to provide our usual high levels of professional service during this time.

If you have any questions or concerns, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

We thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards

Gavin Tweedie

CEO
